Book a demo
See First IMS set up for your school.
We build a demo school using your subjects, year groups and terminology, then walk your team through it. You will be looking at something close to your own structure, not a generic sample.

What happens next
What happens after you send this
We read it and reply within one working day
There is no automated sequence behind this form. A person reads what you send and writes back.
We build a demo school with your structure
Your subjects, year groups and terminology, not a generic sample school with the wrong curriculum in it.
We walk your team through it on a call
If First IMS is not right for your school, we will say so on that call rather than after you have signed anything.
Worth knowing before you ask
One thing worth knowing before you send this
If your school runs on a single spreadsheet and has under sixty students, that spreadsheet is probably still cheaper than us. We would rather say so on the call than after you have signed.
What the demo covers
What you will actually see
Built from the modules your school would use, not a slide deck.
Attendance taken period by period, with a pattern you can see across the day
The weighted gradebook, with categories and weights you define
A NEST safeguarding entry, and exactly who is able to read it
A school-branded invoice with a payment ledger
The weekly timetable grid, colour coded by subject
The reports that come out of all of it, ready for a parent to read
Questions
Questions people ask before booking
Is this a sales call?
It starts as a conversation about what your school actually needs. If First IMS fits, we will say so and talk about pricing. If it does not, we will say that instead.
Do we need to send you our data first?
No. Please do not put student names or other personal data into this form. We build the demo school from your subjects, year groups and terminology, none of which is personal data. Real data migration happens later, as part of onboarding.
Who from our school should be on the call?
Whoever will actually use it day to day. That is often a head of admin or a deputy head rather than the head of school alone, since they are the one who will notice whether it fits how the school actually runs.
What if we are still comparing options?
That is a normal place to be. Ask us anything you would ask another vendor, including what First IMS does not do yet.
